* SECURITY UPDATE: InnoDB server halt on pessimistic UPDATE with INSTANT-dropped extern blob - debian/patches/CVE-2025-30703.patch: Adds an is_instant_dropped() guard in row_upd_index_replace_new_col_vals_index_pos to skip fields dropped with ALGORITHM=INSTANT when rebuilding the update tuple. Without this guard, a pessimistic UPDATE on a row with an externally-stored column that was later INSTANT-dropped could pass the dropped field to undo logging, halting the server. - CVE-2025-30703 * SECURITY UPDATE: InnoDB dict cache assert on INFORMATION_SCHEMA query - debian/patches/CVE-2025-21577.patch: Queries on INFORMATION_SCHEMA InnoDB tables (INNODB_TABLES, INNODB_COLUMNS, etc.) could trigger an assertion crash on case-insensitive filesystems when lower_case_table_names=2 because dd_table_open_on_dd_obj() stored mixed-case names without normalization. The fix calls normalize_table_name() before adding entries to the dictionary cache so lookups always use the lowercase form. - CVE-2025-21577
