* SECURITY UPDATE: Group Replication certification-info cleanup race - debian/patches/CVE-2024-21087.patch: Protect Certifier shutdown cleanup with LOCK_certification_info so it cannot race with garbage collection and delete the same entry concurrently. Also use the initialized guard to prevent accesses once shutdown begins. - CVE-2024-21087
